Roger Hyatt And Blake Munna

Description of Work: He Roger Hyatt and his helper BLake Munna and staff was hired to block in the home, foundation, frame, windows roof tyvek siding and front deck and 2 back decks as they are under the beams. He was paid for everything, the building started on 7/2009. He is still not done!!! He can not follow blue prints he does not know how to read them and he says he is a builder! If he could read them I would have 9 foot ceilings not 10 foot ceilings! When confronted his reason was he did not feel like cutting each stud to 9 ft long, thats what he was paid for! Now I have had to pay for for interior drywall wood v groove walls and insulation as well as each month my electric bill is monre for the additional foot for heating and cooling for this home. The house is 4552 sqft not cheap esp when he decides he will add the additional foot! then none of my windows are installed properly they all leak and are not square! The Roof he never showed up to put it on and we had to hire and pay somone else. The sisding has been sitting in my yard still waiting to go up for over 2 years now. The tyvek has come off the home becasue he did not install it properly. We purchased the nails with the plasitc disc for him to nail it up, he decided to slap staple it. We said no and he did it anyway. Being now 2 years in the wind rain ahil and storms the tyvek has come off of the home one becasue he did not nail it up and two because he never installed the siding which is in the yard! He has 40k of our money and we have not yet recieved 40K of work but now have so much damage to the house because he has just let things sit here. He is a scammer and a conner and never needs to do any additional work in this state. I have also had problems finding any builders lic in Hyatts name when he was actively on our job site. After the fact we also found out that the staff m,embers that he had show up were using drugs, these are ones that were building our home! They also show up when they feel like rolling out of bed. An example of their typicall work day show up at 11 am lunch frrom 12-2 work clean up from 2-2:15 because it was to hot to work and they needed to go home , If it is to hot in the afternoon to work then show up at dawn 5 am and put in 8 hours!!
