Ordered $100 in parts that were supposed to be here today but have not been received by the post office yet. Sorry excuse for a small business owner who doesn't return calls or messages via the source from which the parts were purchased. BUYER BEWARE
Description of Work: Ordered parts 7 days ago and they have not been received so much for quick shipping.

Basically, I got ripped off $47.06 for $24.00 worth of product. And I feel like an idiot.
Description of Work: I purchased 2 of what is normally a 2 pack of 742-0610 Original MTD lawn tractor blades priced at $17.95. I recieved only 2 blades out of the MTD package for the total of $35.90 + $11.16 for shipping. Basically, I got ripped off $47.06 for $24.00 worth of product. And I feel like an idiot.

Willards Small Engines states on every blade we sell how many are required for a set. We go so far as to say order 2 for a set. Lawnmower blades are only sold in a packaged set when they are being sold at a big box store such as Lowes and WalMart. Lawnmower dealers buy items in bulk, 100 to 1000 blades at a time so we can get the customer a lower cost without paying for packaging to hang on a rack in a big box store. We at Willard's do our best to make every description of a part clear for the customer to understand what they are buying. Please look at the item in this review on our site and decide for yourself if we could do anything more to be clear as to what is being sold. If you think there is please let us know.
