Great job...

I found them on Angie's List. He was very thorough. He was very safety oriented. He was a nice Christian guy. He did great work. He was licensed and insured which is very important. He was very safe. He wanted to make sure all of the safety precautions were installed so that that you wouldn't electrocute somebody working on downed lines. All of those things were really top priority as far as using him after he came out and gave me an estimate. That was the reason I used him. I could've found someone cheaper, but he was definitely worth using because of those factors. The price was worth more especially since he was licensed and insured. He allowed me to watch him do the install, and he explained everything well. He even tested the equipment. He hooked up the generator after he was done to make sure everything worked before he left. He went above and beyond. You pay a little extra when the guy does extra work. I was happy. He was definitely on time.

I went with this company because of his knowledge and his professionalism when he came out. He was honest and fair. He had very good manners. He was probably 20 years older than me, and calling me "Sir", which was funny to an extent. He was a very professional guy. He was very safety conscious, and I'm a safety director, so that stood out to me. That was his number one concern by the conversations I had with him.

Contractor and crew arrived about five minutes before scheduled time, reviewed the work desired (he had come before to discuss the proposed work, determine material needs, and provide time estimates), and promptly got to work. The installation was neat, professional, and accomplished in the time estimated. All work areas, inside and out, were cleaned prior to departure. This is not the first work Mr. Kinchen has done for me, and it won't be the last.
