 + -1 moreThe service was fine. My problem with Leisure Time Pools is that they claimed I had not paid a bill from about 7 years ago and sent the bill to a collection agency. Even though I used them subsequent to this bill and they could have said then that they thought I had not paid a bill, they said nothing. I was able to show a cancelled check deposited by the pool service less than 14 days after I was invoiced. I don't like being dunned for a bill I paid in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Replaced a pump motor.

 + -1 moreWhatever you do, do not EVER depend on Shane or his services for pool cleaning/repair. He repaired the pool, but him coming to service it as per agreement is another issue. I personally feel like hunting him down and making him come do his d*** job. :(
Description of Work: We bought a new home, and in the contract the guy was supposed to come clean the pool and getting it beautiful and ready for use. This was over a week ago. We've seen him drive by, and he's even waved at us. He's yet to stop and do what he was supposed to do. He was paid by the former home owners to do this, and has yet to complete the job after having fixed a small leak. We are beyond FRUSTRATED and disappointed. The former home owners are friends of ours and we've seen the papers and check that was submitted for payment. I just feel like crying at this point.

pool cleaners
 + -1 moreLong story short, leak not fixed, pool costing $150 or so a month in water alone, can't keep the chemicals straight because we keep putting more tap water in. So we have a green pool that leaks and we can't enjoy it. Now looking for a new pool company to actually fix the problem.
Description of Work: We asked to have our pool cleaned out and the leak around the pump fixed. Seemed to be fixed initially, boy were we wrong.
