I called Kris after I discovered something was wrong with our air conditioning system. He promptly responded to my call and came to our house to assess the problem with the air conditioning. Kris discovered that our air conditioning system had been struck by lightning and offered to install a loaner unit that he had until we could get the insurance claim. We greatly appreciated this since it was in the hottest part of the year. Kris was very helpful in getting all the information for us and helping us get our insurance claim completed. After this process, Kris then installed our new air conditioning system promptly. Since then we have had no problems and have saved money on our electric bill due to the system Kris suggested. My family and I highly recommend Kris and his work for any heating and air problems anyone may encounter.
