I had contacted him and let him know that I was needing a new roof, I had mentioned that I was going to do other projects like painting the exterior of my house and remodeling of my kitchen. He would not agree to do the roof unless I agreed to do all the projects with him at the same time. I could not afford to do that and I did not appreciate that he was asking me to do that.

Took 1 day for the install. Removed all old unit materials. Quality a/c system installed by quality folks at a decent price. No issues at all with the unit or Baggett A/C and Heat.

Actual bill was considerably higher than estimate. Company blamed insurance company for discrepancy. However, estimate was prepared before insurance company made its estimate. Damage was done to the side of the house in process of replacing the roof. Trash trailer was left on premises for three days after the roof job was completed.

I needed work done on a 1977 house (36 years old) with a 25 year old shingle roof that had developed a couple of leaks. I did not know how much damage had been done so I needed someone that could handle any needed carpentry and painting as well as the roofing. Brad's crew did a great job. fortunately the damage was not as great as I had feared and they fixed it right up. Hector supervised the crew and they all did a very efficient job. They cleaned up the site perfectly-didn't leave any trash at all and were careful not to damage my flower beds, planters etc.. I am very happy with the results and my house looks brand new from the outside. Everyone was very friendly and personable and I enjoyed having them here. They knew I was under a deadline and had to return to my teaching job on Aug. 1 so they made sure to get finished before then. I am quite happy with my experience and would recommend them without reservation.

The roof has been wonderful. Their price is reasonable. We are thinking about using them again for inside rain damage.

Product quality was very good. Took a little longer to be installed than we would have liked but in the end it was worth it

He's excellent. He does home repairs like roof fixing and stuff like that. He builds homes, but he also renovates and helps fix problems and stuff like that. He has done work for me for a long time. He's expensive, but he does really good work. He does what he says he's going to do. He's here when he says he's going to be here. He's very reliable. He holds to his quote.

They are very honest, prompt and dependable. I will use their services again in the future.
