Anthony Pearson Roofing

After contacting this business for an estimate I was initially told someone would be back in touch with me that same afternoon or following morning to schedule the estimate. No one ever called. After waiting a week, I gave the benefit of a doubt and contacted them back. I was told they had been busy and would contact me back quickly. I did, finally, receive a return call the following morning from Mr. Pearson directly. Arrangements to come for an estimate were made for that same day. However he never showed and never called. It has been approximately 3 weeks since my initial call and I have yet to even have an estimate provided by this company.

After extensive research, I chose Mr. Pearson due to his reputation for excellent work and respectful service. Although I had a short wait due to weather conditions, my repairs were completed in just 2 days! I am extremely pleased with the work and feel confident that all my problems have been addressed and solved. No more raining inside this old house! I am an older lady who lives alone pretty far out of town and the idea of having people come out to work on my home can be scary in this day and time. Mr. Pearson took the time and patience to educate me on what needed to be done and how he would do it. Both he and his crew were very respectful of myself and my property. I would highly recommend Anthony Pearson to any and all in need of roofing!

Great! After a slow start cause it wouldn't stop raining Anthony and his crew got our roof on in 4 days! Got tested immediately as we had a big storm right after he finished.

During a three week time frame I contacted the roofer 3 different times regarding the status of the roof estimate. What I received was failures to follow up on his part to do what he committed to. (1) 5/16/13 Initial contact with contractor regarding preparation of estimate. (2) 5/22/13 Contacted contractor by phone to determine status of estimate. Left message, NO RETURN CALL.(3) 5/28/13 Spoke with contractor and he indicated he would be out to do estimate either that afternoon or before noon on 5/29. HE DID NOT SHOW UP. (4) 6/3/13 Spoke to contractor on phone and he indicated he could not remember if he had done the estimate and turned it over to his secretary for processing. He indicated that he would check with his office and get back to me that afternoon regarding the status. SURPRISE HE DID NOT GET BACK TO ME (5) 06/04/13 Once again tried to contact contractor by phone. He did not answer the call and I left him with the message that I would not be doing business with him because of the poor way I thought he conducted business. This lack of professionalism on his part also made me question the quality of work he would have done. I am very disappointed and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
