I was very pleased with the work. He was very professional and was actually very honest when he did the work. He did do what we asked him to do but truthfully, I could have got a brand new door if I had paid him a few hundred dollars more. I'd like to hire him again.

It was a matter of putting the track back on, the doors were off track. They did a good job of taken care of this for me.

My wife backed into the garage door, and it would not close. About 5 in the afternoon, I expected to have my garage door open all night. I live in a good neighborhood, but I do have an $800 easily moved generator, and so I was a little concerned. I called up the company and left a message. I got a call back in about 30 minutes. He insisted on coming out to close the garage door to secure it for the night. I know he had to drive 45 minutes to get here. He assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and came as promised the next afternoon. Replaced the garage door and opener in about 2 hours to my satisfaction. Great job, good quality product, excellent service. A+ all around.

I think the guy's name was John. He was the one who answered the call. He works for himself. He is a sub-contractor for the company. He actually did the work and he did a good job. He came the same day and replaced the metal frame and the garage door. He did fast service for a reasonable price. The price included labor and parts. The price was good. He knew what he was doing. I would consider using him again in the future.
