The service was quick and friendly. It took them about four days from the day I first called to get out to replace the window, but the lady warned me about that so it wasn't a big deal. The estimate given over the phone based on the measurements I guesstimated was right on the final price. Overall a great experience.

They were there when they said they were going to be there. It wasn't a spectacular experience but I would give them points on that. They got the job done which a lot of other companies were not.

I stopped by their office and ask for an estimate to have the glass replaced in 2 windows. These were 3'x6' horizontal sliding windows. In a mater of a few minutes I had an estimate. I needed to check to be sure it was what we wanted instead of replacing the entire windows. It was and I called them back to schedule for them to do the work. I was expecting a week or 2 away, but was told if the weather would allow, they would get to it the following day or the day after that. The following day we were in and out of showers, so I did not think they would be able to do the work. About 3:30 I received a phone call to see if it would be good time to come do he work. I said yes and 30 minutes later a worker showed up, pulled the old windows out and put the new glass in. He was very neat and thoughtful. explained there may be some dust and told me what needed moved or covered. Cleaned up after himself. Had the work done before 5 and was right on the money with the estimate. Was a real pleasure doing business with them ! I would refer anyone who needs glass work done to them. Great Company !

I needed an individual window pane to be replaced. I requested an estimate for window, but other work requested included placement for new bathroom window, and interior bathroom mirror. Installers were prompt and courteous. They contacted me to let me know they were on their way for estimate. They took appropriate measurements for residential window, bathroom window, and interior mirror, which required Electrical outlet hole in mirror. That afternoon I was contacted with an estimate for all services and I secured the work to be done with the residential window, and interior mirror. Bath mirror I will need to review onsite to select. Payment was taken over the phone by Credit Card with no problems. Due to weather conditions, requiring a dry environment, I scheduled a day for installers to perform work. Work was completed in less than a few hours. Window pane replacement looks great. Bathroom mirror looks great.
