They do a really good job. An excellent job. I use them every month. They come out at the end of every month. They are great people to deal with. They are top of the line. I don't have a problem with them at all. I live on a lake so you can imagine the bug problem.

They've been doing it for years and have always been pleased with the service. Gary is extremely friendly and is more than eager to accommodate our schedule.

Stutts Pest Control is great! They're a family business and the employees are polite, professional and showed up on time. Their prices are very reasonable and they are honest and don't try to up-sell you on other products/services like the big companies do. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Stutts to schedule an inspection for what I suspected was termites. They showed up exactly on time, and most thoroughly inspected my entire house, both floors, and the entire outside. It was indeed termites. We scheduled a date and time for the next week for treatment, and they showed up actually a little early. As I work at home, I was able to see what was going on the entire time they were here. They did not take any breaks and worked steadily the entire 5-6 hours they were here. The job they did was very thorough, and they made sure that I understood before they started work exactly what they would be doing. When they were finished, they made sure that I was satisfied with what they had done and made sure that I had no questions. Also the price was excellent!!

I called around July 20th and they were very responsive when I first called and were quick to come and provide the services that I wanted. I signed up for a quarterly pest spray, a wasp treatment for a nest in the corner of our house under a shingle on the roof, & a mosquito yard spray. The technician was very punctual. While on the phone, I signed up for the monthly mosquito spray for August, Sept, & October. They told me they would contact me when the time came to respray. Flash forward to August 5th - it had been 2 weeks since the initial spray and the quarterly pest control seemed to be great. No inside bugs and if we did see them, they were dead. However, we still had a wasp problem in our roof under the shingle on the corner of the house and so I called back and told them, which they were great to schedule a respray at no cost for the next day. They also reiterated that they would be calling back in 2 weeks to schedule a mosquito spray. It is now September 27th and we still have a wasp nest in the roof under the shingle on the corner of our house and I have never been contacted about any mosquito spray which is unfortunate because they are everywhere! I do not believe I will be using them in the future for any pest service due to the lack of communication & effectiveness. I am disappointed because they started out so great.

They are family-operated. It's very nice. They are on time. They let me know when they are coming. They are very reliable.

I contacted Stutt's Pest Control via email through Angie's List and they called me the next day. Mr. Stutt's was timely and worked on determining where the point of entry for the pest was quickly. He provided photos he took of the area with his phone. (It was a hole behind my dishwaser and he was not authorized to disconnect the dishwasher so he got down under it to look and take photos. He determined the best way to resolve the issue and identified what type of pest it was. He went up under my house and placed pellets for dealing with any further intrusions and walked with me around my property to evaluate any weaknesses that might contribute to further pest invasions. He gave me ideas for how to resolve those issues. He was excellent, friendly and professional!

It went great. I contacted them on Sunday, January 18 via e-mail. Billy Stutts called me back on Monday morning the 19th and said he could come out the next morning at about 9:00, which he did. He analyzed the situation and said he could return the next day to repair one gap and put a cage on the other. On Wednesday morning, I again heard the squirrel in the attic and noticed that a small board I had placed over one of the openings had been knocked out from the inside. We assumed by this that the squirrel had gotten out, so when he came he went ahead and patched both places. He said if I hear the squirrel again to call him back and he will unplug one of the spots and put a cage up.

Stutts Pest Control was very professional and made us aware of all the options avaible for our home.

We contacted Stutts Pest Control to treat for Moles. (Apparently, Jackson, MS has a mojor issue with moles.) They recommended treating the yard for what moles eat as a first step. It's been about 2 weeks and there has been a noticeable drop in the number of runs in the yard. They were very profession, arrived on time, communicated well and provided excellent service. I would use them again.

I have used Stutts Pest Control for several years. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, Punctual, professional, and good results. All you could ask for.

My first call, which was promptly returned, was in late 4/2013. I was told the products he needed to find. My 2nd call, I talked to his dispatcher, was 5/07/13, which has not been returned, nearly 4 weeks later. I will call someone else.

They are wonderful. They are professional, polite and prompt. No Hidden charges I will continue to use them and recommend them to family and friends.

They came out a few minutes early and started working right away. Were through in a few hours. Excellent workers.

The come out once a year for termite treatment and then quarterly they do pest control. They are just really really good, really nice. I am really crazy about them.

They were very friendly and very helpful. The price was fair. We are going to use them again in the future.

We like that he’s a small businessman. They were wonderful. They set out traps and came and took care of them. We have outside animals and they were good about not putting poison out for two reasons: not to poison the outside animals and not to have the raccoons die in the attic. We were very pleased. They were prompt and the workers looked nice. If they got tied up somewhere else, they called and told us they were going to be late. We felt good enough about them that we didn’t have to be here.

The exterminator came while I was away and checked for termites.

I have been using them for 13 years, and I wouldn't use anybody else. Billy Stutts is the owner, and I usually talk to him.

Very friendly, have come back when needed without charge. The only problem is sometimes they come without confirming it with us before hand and has even woke us early in the morning in order to perform service, but when I asked them to come back they were very nice and agreeable about it. Would still recommend.
