Description of Work: I called Climate Masters on a stifling Saturday evening because the fan motor was going out on my A/C unit. By 1 O'clock Sunday afternoon they were here and fixed my unit! These guys have to be working around the clock in this heat wave! Very impressive timeliness "after-hours" and great customer service! THANK YOU!

 + -1 moreI had previously contacted another company I had used in the past. I had a water cooled A/C and was perfectly happy with its performance. The estimates that company gave me were for the highest priced units, not the type I had, even after me telling the sales person I didn't need to spend any more than necessary. I am 63 years old and divorced, so one income only. The sales person was aware of this, yet quoted the high units only. All that to say this: I then called Climate Masters, and the sales person who came to my home was, in my opinion, honest and straightforward with the estimates given. He told me he would try and find a unit like mine or similar; that the manufacturer had changed hands. Climate Masters did a great job, in a very timely fashion; the service people were very nice and left everything clean. I have not had a minute's trouble since the new unit was installed. I would most definitely contact them for anything having to do with heating and A/C. Excellent job!!!

 + -1 more.Considering the seriousness of the situation - a dead A/C in 100 degree heat, it could not have gone better. See above report.
Description of Work: Central A/C stopped cooling during a Friday night of a hundred degree day. I called the company answering service Saturday morning at 6:00. Service technician called back about 8:00 and arrived about 10:30 as promised. He replaced a capacitor which was under warranty, tested A/C to make sure it was operating properly and left within 15 minutes after he came. I was prepared to pay after-hours service rates (after all, it was a hundred degree day) and did not consider the fee exorbitant. They found and fixed the problem promptly, professionally and courteously. I am completely satisfied with Climate Masters.

 + -1 moreThey worked with me through a crisis time. I desperately needed a new heating and air unit. They hauled away the old unit and cleaned up after themselves. I had to leave to go to the doctor while they were here and I had no problem doing so because they are very trustworthy. I had to call them back to help change the filter and they helped me right over the phone. The price was comfortable for my budget. They had serviced my old unit yearly for about 5 years.
