Did not happen, took a long time to return call after several attempts and they did not follow up with me

Honest, professional and took pride in ensuring I was a happy customer. Was the only vendor that proposed replacing the panes instead of replacing the entire window units, which saved me a significant amount of money.

I contacted the company on Monday 11/9 to get an estimate for a window replacement. The lady on the phone said she would call me back once she talks to her husband to schedule a time but it would likely be the following day before they could come by. Tues-Thursday pass without any contact back. When I called Thursday she said he was on a job and would be free to come by sometime on Friday. It is now the following Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from this company. I hate to think if I actually went with them how the scheduling would take place for the actual install. Also, I attempted to use this company several months back but experienced the exact same problem. Shame on me for attempting to give them another shot.

Very well done. Continued to work for about 3 days until the job was finished. Their performance showed a lot of experience and pride in doing a good job.

Same day visit for quote. Provided window brand used for me for research. Accepted quote and they ordered windows - took a couple of weeks. Installed new windows, cleaned up and hauled off old windows.

Excellent provider! Windows were ordered only after all measurements were taken and checked a second time. Took longer than expected for windows to be delivered, but this was due to my lack of knowledge related to window manufacturing. The job was started on the date agreed upon. Work was completed in a timely manner even with delays related to weather. It is a very messy process, however, they cleaned up mess quite well. Would recommend to anyone needing new windows.

The owner arrived and I showed him which windows were busted and needed the glass replaced and which windows needed screens. Some didn't have screens at all, some just had damaged screens. Once I gave them the and quot;go ahead,and quot; they were there quickly to replace the broken glass in my windows. As soon as my screens were complete, he was right back out to install those. He cleaned up after himself and my home looks much better, and I'm saving money on the heating/cooling.

After a huge hailstorm came through and busted our windows out, Mr. Langford came out and gave us an estimate for replacing the panes. He was very courteous and friendly. He came when he said he would, replaced the glass, and was very helpful and professional. Couldn't ask for friendlier service. Will definitely use this company again, no need to shop around. Very happy customer here.

I had already had one estimate. Mr. Langford's was a little higher and he came down a little bit. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He worked from morning until dark, and it took him 3 or 4 days. He cleaned up after himself, and the final product was great. He also gave me a 5 year warranty. I would definitely recommend him!
