+ -1 moreDid not make requested changes.Lied about changes.Gaps,sloppy caulking and had to call several times to get them to show up.I am a general contractor (for 25 years) the worst subs i have dealt with. Never buy counter tops from Home Depot or have these idiots install. you will regret it.

+ -1 moreTheir price was much lower than others in the area. I went with laminate due to cost. Chris came and measured and stated they had what I wanted in the warehouse, so no waiting for an order to arrive. Installed in about five hours. Would have been quicker but there were some issues with my area not being square. They were able to make the adjustments. Very friendly and courteous. These guys really do an outstanding job and are easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Cut and delivered three pieces of countertop. Someone else installed because I had already enlisted them. Not sure what it would cost if they installed it but I was very pleased with the product fit and quality and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff!

Description of Work: They removed old countertop and replaced with beautiful (looks like granite) countertop! We prefer formica for easy clean up. They did a great job; professional, timely and less costly! We really enjoyed working with Mr Berry and all his staff!

Description of Work: Mr. Ritchie Berry (owner) was a pleasure to do business with. When I called for an estimate to be faxed to me on materials needed for replacing my laminate countertops with new laminate countertops, he was VERY prompt in faxing me an estimate (same day). His prices put the competition to shame!! I saved quite a bit of money by getting my materials from him. Plus, he was very professional, pleasant, and accurate in quoting the cost of the materials and their arrival dates (very important for knowing when to schedule a job to be done!) He communicated with me very well, keeping me informed about the arrival of the materials I ordered. I had a carpenter/countertop guy (Jason Hill - Hilltops Custom Countertops, Inc.)(please see his review, too) who was going to do all the fabrication (cuts) to create my countertops. So Jason just wrote out a materials list, which I faxed to 3 different countertop suppliers, Capitol being the BEST price! Jason told me that doing things this way, would save me a good bit of money, and he was RIGHT! Plus, Jason was kind enough to pick up for me at no extra charge, the materials from Capitol, which included 8 ft. and 10 ft. countertop slabs, as I am a single woman with no means (truck or trailer) to haul them. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the quality and beauty of the countertops, when I saw them. I would DEFINITELY recommend using Capitol Countertops!! Also, Mr. Berry was kind enough to take time to answer all my questions about installation and about some other projects I was going to have Jason do. Mr. Berry is a very honest, reliable business man of integrity.
