About us

We perform most of our services at our Pearl Mississippi shop, but of course for home and business tint we install on-site. Government accounts are net 30, and no non-gov new charge accounts are being established. Many of the "factory" graphics that come on new cars may actually have come from us, as one of our services is installing graphics on new vehicles to enhance their appearance and speed up sales.

Services we offer

We are specialists in vehicle appearance enhancement and protection. Protection with Paint Protection Film (PPF) to save you paint from the impact of bugs, dirt, and stones. Protection and appearance with Llumar Window Tinting for reduced exposure to harmful solar rays and a more elegant look. Appearance products include striping, moldings, chrome accessories, deck lid spoiler wings. One of our main activities is fleet graphics, specializing in emergency vehicles (police, fire, etc)

Services we don't offer

We do still receive calls for the following products NOT offered. We do not install sunroofs, although we do replace broken sunroof glasses. We do not replace any other type of glass. We do not do upholstery. We do not do vehicle inspections. We do not create decals with profane messages or messages that can with a little imagination be interpreted as profane, threatening, or otherwise offensive.

Description of Work: He did a decent job, but unfortunately he used the wrong type of tint. I had asked for a darker tint, but he used a tint that was more smoky instead.

We always regret any disappointment and are eager to correct the situation. but in cases such as this we are prohibited by law from doing so. Yes, we are big fans fo darker tints also. Unfortunately our state legislature has established limits (28% vlt on automobiles) and we cannot go any lower without the possibility of serious legal and civil penalties for ourselves and our customers. If any customer has valid reason for an exemption from these rules then he can obtain an exemption certificate from the state and that would permit us to use ANY film desired.

Description of Work: put tint on my car & I had to take it back and they still didn't do a good job on fixing it.. I would have been better going to a bootleg tint person and it would have look just like what they did only thing I wouldn't have paid a arm & leg for the job.

We only learned of this particular complaint today (June 19, 2015) and at this late date don't recall the particulars. It always disappoints us to have anyone unhappy with the results of our work. Since this car was tinted, we have served as of today 3,540 other customers, and probably had 5 or 10 complaints. We addressed them satisfactorily (as far as we know). We can address the price complaint, which is the most confusing thing..... this gentleman actually started at the regular price of 189, and then received a 10% discount from a Kroger coupon, so that he actually paid less than any other Sentra customer. At this point all we can do is encourage any other unhappy customer to address the issue to us and allow us the opportunity to make them happy before broadcasting the complaint elsewhere.
