America's Best Roofing

We had a signed contract with America's Best Roofing for roof replacement at one of my apartment complexes. We had new roofs put on 4 buildings. The guys came out and installed the shingles and in the process they busted 4 a/c lines with their nail gun causing one a/c to burn completely up. We were able to save the other 3 with just repairs to the line. There was no supervisor on the property to oversee the work that was being done. We had our a/c vendor repair everything and charged America's Best Roofing what we were charged. After calling and calling they finally paid 1/3 of what was owed. I have tried calling and leaving messages but no one will return my phone call and they will not pay the balance that is owed, although America's Best Roofing has received full payment from my company. Mike called my property looking for me and I was out, he was very rude to my employees. I spoke to Joe and he was just as rude. I have since talked to other people who have used them and they feel the same way. I am very disappointed with the work that was done and the way they chose to handle the situation. They say they are a christian company but obviously that is just a front. I will NEVER use them again.

The insurance covered most of it. They were very efficient and vacuumed all the tacks in the yard. They were excellent. Since then, we had them back out here to check for more tacks.
