Work was done promptly, professionally, and on time. Did not care for the supervisor who oversaw the job-he was more of a hindrance to an obviously cohesive and experienced crew. Ask for Brad instead.

They said it might be up to 10 days but if they could work us in earlier, they would. They did. And while I'm not expert on tree removal, they seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They had all the trees down in one afternoon and everything cleaned up and gone the next. And they didn't exceed the estimate!

Had a large tree removed. The tree was within Very close proximity to the home. The crew took the tree down without any problem at all in the tight working conditions. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away after the job was done. Very pleased with the service!

Superb work. They lost several saw blades because of metal being lodged into the trunk of the tree. I was not billed until all of the work was completed. I plan on calling them back to perform another deep root fertilization after our home is built.

It was fine. The service was pretty good. Everything was good. What stood out the most was that they were well equipped. They had all the equipment available to do the work. It was quick.

Mr. Taylor came out and gave an estimate very promptly. Very knowledgable. I waited several months to get the work done after shopping around (another company out of Saucier wouldn't show up when they said they would 3 times) I called Taylor back and they came and did the work within a week. 3-4 guys (local guys, not guys in front of Home Depot if you know what I mean), new boom lift truck, skid steer, dump truck. They worked a good 3-4 hours. Tree was 1/2 over my house, they roped the limbs down, hauled them off, blew the roof off. Lots of dead wood was taken out. Overall it was a good experience for the agreed upon price. No monkey business, no empty promises, no damage to my house, all for a good price.

They do great work and I'm totally satisfied! They're definitely better than their competitors (I've had one other company hide the branches they cut in my yard!). Taylor cleans up perfectly and you can't even tell they did any work. I'd definitely recommend them!

This is a professional company; they work quickly and effectively. There were 5 men total who were on site for this project, and all of the work was done in less than 3 hours. Every bit of debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I rated and quot;Band quot; on responsiveness because there was some lack of communication while waiting for the work to be done. I contacted them on 13 April to see about scheduling the water oak removal, and I was informed on 14 April that I was on their schedule and it would most likely be done in about two weeks, maybe sooner. On 7 May and then again on 20 May I reached out to them via email to see where we were on their list and to get an update on when the work might get done. I got an email reply on 21 May that they were busy that week, but were shooting for the following Tuesday, the 27th. I was looking forward to having the tree taken down, but it was not an emergency situation so I did not mind so much the delay from the original two-week estimate. It would be nice if they would be more prompt in responding to queries about scheduled work, but I take it as a good sign that they are very busy. It is no surprise that they stay busy, because they do excellent work; it was worth the small wait. I would suggest that if you need a job done and quot;in a hurryand quot; to make it clear to Mr. Taylor, and I am sure he will work with you as best he can. Mr. Taylor called me at 7:30 on the morning of the 27th to tell me they were planning to get to my house either that afternoon or the next morning. I received another call from him at 11:30 a.m.; he was at my house to look at the tree again and to determine the needed equipment, and said they would be back after lunch. My mom texted me at 12:50 p.m. that the tree was coming down; I got home around 1:30 p.m. and observed the clean-up for about an hour. I had to go back to work before they were completely done, but when I got home that evening all of the debris was gone.

I've always feared the trees on the neighbor's property will come down on my garage and part of my house. After a legal maneuvering, the legal owner of the property next door to cut those trees and he came and did them all, there maybe 4 or 5 sections that had fell. I've had some random trees that were too tall so I got one now that's cut some branches on it as I called today asked and they came out and take cared of it. They cut down 4 trees towering my house. I had to actually use some legal means to force the owner of the property to do something but we convinced them it was going to be the spot or the trees going down. The neighbor payed for it. He didn't have the facility to cut those trees. Some of those trees were a foot and a half in diameter, it was 40 feet high. We have pine trees out here and once we have a storm it's like somebody planted the top of those pine trees have come off over a large area about 15 feet down in the top and they all break in the same place and then you have portions of these trees that were 12 inches in diameter going all over the place. I've tried people of knocking on the door and said you got some trees that need trimmed and I do it. I've tried other companies and the results are the same. They don't clean up well, they don't do all of the cleaning well and the worst part about it was I had one time instead of carrying away the debris which is important, he hid it in a wooden block in my yard. They're on when I got down there, all the stuff I understood he would take off to a dump were still there. I don't have a problem with Taylor. They cleaned up the land around where they work and it's just like they haven't been there.

We used Taylor Tree Company on a previous job. There were some problems with the initial work. They came out, fixed all of the aforementioned problems and gave me a very good price to do so. Taylor tree service is a professional company and I would recommend them in the future. They did a good job on the couple of remaining issues.

My brother told me about him. The price was expensive but it was worth it.

Excellent work, arrived timely, very friendly - worked safely and were professionally equipped. This is the second time i have used Taylors and both times i was very pleased.

They came and gave me an estimate and we talked in detail about what I was trying to accomplish and how and what needed to be done. I was not in a hurry so they scheduled according to when they would be in the area to cut the cost some. They came while I was at work and did the job and sent me a bill. When I planted my rose bushes, the roots were ground enough below the surface that I could easily dig the holes for the plants. They did a great job!

They are knowledgeable. They did great on the big trees. A couple of these big trees were right next to the house. They did a great job. They worked with us on time. They called us if there would be a delay due to rain. He also worked with us for pricing. That's a reasonable price for the work that they did; more than reasonable I feel. After we agreed that enough was taken, more trees were removed. They did not do a very good job on clean up. They would be the people if you wanted to clear an entire area out. They have the expertise and the equipment to do it. They are not the people for landscaping.
