Perfect. The installer was knowledgeable and an expert at his job. Arrived on time each day for four days and cleaned up after himself. It was suppose to have been two installer but one of the gentleman became ill; therefore the entire job was done by one person with a very pleasant personality and pleasing to work with even working in the attic during the hotest month of the year.

He stayed at it until the problem was fixed.

First, it's an old house, but the community has lots of plumbers used to working on such properties. The plumber came out twice ; didn't complete the job either time, although he dropped an hour off his billing both visits for the time it took him to understand the problem. An experienced plumber probably would have showed up with this knowledge in his tool box. The plumber was asked to repair a sagging undermount sink that had come loose from the counter top and fix a dripping faucet. He attempted to fix the faucet but said it needed to be replaced. He didn't know how to remove or reseat the undermount sink so we bought a new faucet and drop in sink and had him come back. He couldn't figure out how to remove the brace under the old sink and one of the painters had to show him how. The marble cracked when they set the counter top aside to remove and attach the faucets. It slipped and cracked and the painter helped expoxy the two pieces back together. He connected the new faucets but then couldn't connect the drain. In fact, he cut the drain pipe that came with the sink in an attempt to force it to fit but gave up. He didn't have a replacement part and didn't offer to find one until he understood how upset we were about cracking the counter top. We still don't have a working sink, although he recommended we place a towel under the cabinet since and quot;there was a little water under the cabinet and I'm not sure where it's coming from.and quot; In fact, when he cracked the marble counter top, he showed no inclination to offer any reparations or to return a third time. (Not sure we would have let him.) This plumber probably can tackle straight forward jobs, but don't expect him to figure out anything challenging.

It went very well. He was very polite, very nice and very good at what he did. It was a very good experience. He did an excellent job. The price was a little high, but very worthwhile.

He was a nice guy to talk to. He showed up on time. He knew what he was doing and he did it for a reasonable price.

Our contractor recommended him. All plumbers are too expensive, but he is right there with all the others.
