Terminix - Pascagoula -Termite & Pest Control

I have a one year contract, they comes out to spray every other month, but if I should see any insects after they have sprayed, they would come back at no extra coast to me.

The service is good. I have a service contract with them. I think they are polite and they send out good techs. They do a quick survey of the property. They just look, and they don't really do anything. I have had termites before and that was years ago. I can't complain anything about the company. They are as punctual as everybody else, you have about a 6 hour window.

Because of too much rain, they couldn't come out when we agreed but they were very nice and continually to update us on when they would be able to come out because of the rain. For the pest control, they were able to do that a week after we signed the agreement. They will come out periodically to check and make sure that things are okay but if we need them before they come out, we can call them and they will come out anytime.

Prevention and damage. The contractor they used kept calling to reschedule. Costs $179 yearly for prevention and repairs if necessary.

They do good work and we plan on staying with them. The same tech comes out each time and they seem to get good results with the spray.

They were suppose to show up on September 24th. They hadn't shown up between the expected times. I had then given them a call, they said they would show up later in the day around noon. Still no one came out. I had to again call to reschedule for September 29th between 8-10am. I got a phone call at 7 minutes until 10am. The gentleman told me he was in another city and would not be there until after 10. I voiced my displeasure that this was the second appointment that now has to be rescheduled. I also asked to speak with a supervisor to discuss why their technicians couldn't meet their appointment times and the receptionist said she would email someone to have them follow up with me. I now have another appointment scheduled for this Thursday between 8-10am. I've been using them for 7 years and I've never had any issues with them until last week.

They do good work. B+ overall. They paid for the repairs when we did have some termite problems several years ago. Their normal prices are a bit high, but again, we see results. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions.

They do good work but the price seems to keep going up every year. Their product is effective, though. We primarily use them because they're reputable.

They're very friendly, courteous, and effective. Their rates are as good as or better than their competition (B+ in price). The only problem I have with this specific location is that they don't ever call to let me know when they're coming out, so I'm never able to get the inside of my house sprayed. The other locations I've used have been perfect, though. When they spray, it gets results!

On the whole, the company is very good. Some employees are more courteous than others, but in general they're good. I'm on an annual plan and I think the price is reasonable. In any instances where we did have termites they did the repairs very well. They're pretty easy to work with in scheduling their visits, too. I think they're one of the best pest control companies in the area.

We've very happy with them and always see results. We have a yearly contract and would definitely recommend them.

An intelligent, nice man came out and did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and thoughtful. Their price keeps going up, but I'm overall satisfied. Their products are effective and I have no need for additional work. The only issue I have is that they sometimes leave short notice about when they'll come out. I'll stay with them, though.

They've been great and we've never had any problems. Their 3-month rate is fair and I've been happy with the results. They're responsive in coming out between treatments if needed, and I'm happy that we've had the same person coming out for the last 6 years.

I purchased the gas tank and the burner and I've been meaning to return it. I had problems getting it to initially work and I've not been happy with it. I would not recommend it.

We’ve always been happy with them – we’ve used them since 1988. They call ahead of time and are always on time. Their annual price is reasonable and we’ve never had any termite problems.

They're great! We have a wooden house and they've always been very thorough in their inspection. Their treatments have been very effective. They come out annually and I'd surely recommend them to family and friends.

I would give them a D- overall. They've been effective in preventing various kinds of ants from coming into our house, but they've become quite expensive as the company became bigger. The main issue we've ever had is that they'll occasionally send us a bill for an inspection they did when we weren't home, and we definitely prefer to be home when a provider comes by. They're professional enough but sometimes they cancel the appointments. There are occasionally some billing mix ups as well, and I assume it's because they're not local.
