+ -1 moreWe have had this service contract for at least a year, and it is going well. The staff at Southern are pleasant, professional and helpful. They call to schedule a convenient time to spray every 3 months. They come when they say they are coming. It doesn't take long for them to complete the job. Since we started this, we haven't had problems with spiders on our screened porch and it is very rare to find an insect in the house, so I would have to say that it is working. This service does not include termites. It costs $75 per quarterly treatment, so $300 per year total.
Description of Work: We have a contract for Southern Pest to spray our home and yard every three months to prevent insect/spiders infestation in our home and on our porches.
