+ -1 moreThe placing of the beam and piers was started the first day , which was a Friday, The work was finished the following Monday. I had a Dentist appointment on Friday so made arrangements to meet Mr. Harper before the appointment to give him the check for half the price. The job went well and the work was finished Monday . The stability of the floor was tested, and work was started on the raised floor boards. The workers were professional and cleaned up after the work was complete.
Description of Work: A beam was fitted to the underside of front end of the house to stabilize the front room floor. An area n the hall way where to floor had lifted forming small hills was repaired so the wood lay flat by nailing the wood the sub floor.
