Eddie was referred to us by a local contractor who said that Eddie was the best floor man in the area. Eddie arrived the day after we called, inspected the floors and gave us an estimate for all the work. He brought samples of the new floors so that we could choose what we preferred. He required a deposit to buy the bamboo, which he brought out the next week. Eddie left the new wood in the house for a week to get it acclimatized, then cam back, pulled the old carpet and put in the bamboo. At his instruction, we waited a few days, then moved the furniture from the living room and dining room into the garage and the guest bedrooms. Eddie returned, carefully put up plastic sheeting to isolate the dust from the rest of the house, and started work on the refinishing. When the floor was sanded down, Eddie stained several sections with different stains so that we could pick what we wanted. The floor is now gorgeous. The work was done in a reasonably timely fashion, for a very competitive price.
