Description of Work: In April 2014, they painted the living room and hallway, including the ceilings. They also removed wallpaper from the living room wall. In June, they replaced part of the kitchen floor and sub-floor that had suffered water damage. Very pleased with the work perform and will use the company again.

 + -1 moreI called the company on a Thursday and was expecting someone that day or the next. Received a call on Friday asking if they could come on Saturday due to conflict with existing work. I said and quot;OK.and quot; Rufus, the owner, I believe, showed on Saturday and assessed the situation. He was on-time and very professional. He said that he could come back on Monday. He didn't show but we spoke on Tuesday and rescheduled for the following Saturday. Happily, he showed up on Friday to do the work. He and a small crew very professionally set-up and executed. I felt that he was truly looking to solve the bigger problems and do it in the right manner. The price was fair and i think the work will do the job. In summary, like may contractors during the busy season the timing of service left a bit to be desired, but I never doubted that Mr. Westmoreland would show and execute. That is not something that can be said for all people in the trade. I'll definitely be contacting this firm for future work.
Description of Work: fixed roofing flashing (leak), reattached gutters and cleaned, repaired some roofing and vent stacks

 + -1 moreAfter the first tornado struck our home before daylight, we had roof damage and water was pouring into the structure from continuing rains. I reached Rufus Westmoreland about 6 am and told him our situation. He arrived at our house within a short time, and although we were under another tornado warning, he and an associate got on our roof in the pouring rain and installed a tarp. His bill for this service was very reasonable. We asked him for a quote to install the new roof and eventually used him for the entire job. He also quoted on interior repairs, such as drywall, paint, and floors. He was not the lowest bidder, but he was punctual, reliable, and a man of his word. We were very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: In April, 2011, several tornadoes touched down in our area, damaging many homes, particularly roofs. Mr. Westmoreland replaced our roof.

Westmoreland Construction offers the following services: Some of the services offered include drywall, foundation repair, framing, painting exterior and interior, roofing, and siding to name a few. We can also build custom things such as garages, porches, gazebo's, sun rooms, bed swings, sheds and barns to name a few. If you need a leak fixed or plugins changed out we can handle that as well.
We do not offer full plumbing or electrical services, which means that we will not be able to come in a re-wire or re-plumb your house nor do we do this in new homes either. We can however recommend a few licensed people for you.
