Horrible. I am a full-time student and I work around 30 hours a week. I was trying to work around my schedule to be at home when this guy could come by and take a look at my machine. I contacted him several times and he would tell me that he didn't have time to come through Oxford and it'd have to be a later date. I would tell him exactly when my classes were and when I worked. I also told him that I could leave work if necessary to be at the house for him to get in. He offered a stellar option to counteract this...leave a key and I can just work while you aren't home (obviously a poor option). I finally told him that I had no classes on Fridays and that I would be able to work something out. He didn't call ahead Thursday and schedule a time, like most professionals would do. He called Friday morning at 8:30 AM, after I was already at work. When I returned his call at 10 AM, he told me that he had already "headed in a different direction" and "had gotten caught up in something else". This all meant he wouldn't be able to come by. Overall miserable experience. I wouldn't recommend this farce of a businessman to anyone.

Mr. Varner is very easy to work with. He arrives on time, is friendly and professional, and he does good work quickly with a minimum of mess. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the part to fix it in his truck. He also gave me good tips to avoid this problem in the future and showed me some things to watch out for. All in all, one of the best appliance repair experiences I've ever had!
