The installation took longer that estimated, but that didn't bother me.  But, the last day, I got home from work to find the crew still working on the floors at 6pm.  They were obviously in a hurry to wrap it up and leave.  So, I felt rushed when asking questions about the work done.  When I realized the mess they left behind, it was too late to call them back, because they were already gone.  I spent hours sweeping, mopping, picking up trash left behind, and worst of all--scraping glue off the brand new wood floors--glue footprints in every room!  Overall, the crew lacked professionalism and treated me like I was an annoying inconvenience.  Several days later, I noticed where slivers of several planks had come off.  Over time, many more have broken off.  I had to warn my children not to slide around in their socks because the fabric would catch the loose edges and splinter off.  I also noticed areas where the floor "moved" when I walked on it.  I called and was told they would send someone back out to drill holes and inject glue up under the flooring.  I gave the floors several more months to "settle" before having them back out.  I had to call multiple times to get it on their schedule.   The crew boss was more professional this time.  He suggested using a brown permanent marker to "hide" the slivers of wood that broke off the planks.  This was a helpful suggestion, since the light color where wood splintered off was noticeable.  But, it took 2 hours to do the 2-3 glue injections, and there are still spots that "move".
Stouts' was recommended to me by my realtor, but I must say that I don't understand why.  The product was okay, lots of labor-intensive clean-up work had to be done (by me), follow-up work on the floors was necessary, and professionalism was lacking.

If I had known about this product years ago I would have had it installed in the entire house instead of tile that shows dirt and laminate flooring that is so noisy when you walk on it.  They came up with an estimate very quickly, were out to install it in no time.  It was done in a day.  The left nothing to clean up.  They arrived on time and completed the job
