My first job out of college was a furniture and mattress assistant buyer for a regional retail chain. I learned in this job details relative to mattress construction and quality. I visited many mattress stores in Oxford and surrounding area and only Snooze really knew the products they were selling in substantial detail. The owners helped me buy a mattress over selling a mattress which was very helpful to me. The delivery and setup was very high quality, and the price was competitive. Chuck Russell, his wife, and Snooze Mattress Co. stood out from the rest! They were interested in us finding the best sleep system for us, not just making a sale for themselves. We always felt welcome, NEVER pressured as we visited the store, endlessly changing our minds. We eventually settled on a Tempurpedic mattress which he made very affordable by offering various incentives. Through it all, it was clear tha he and his wife are people of great integrity, We feel very comfortable making this high-end purchase. Every informative word they spoke was proved solid through my research, which was a quality that made them stand alone over all the other dealers we worked with.
