+ 0 moreEstimates were received from several roofers in the area. Mr. Pearson's was not as high as some, nor was his estimate the lowest. He was the most informative in explaining what materials he would use and why he preferred to use these materials and suppliers. Mr. Pearson was great about suggestions as to the type and color of roofing materials. He explained the difference in the materials and how the roof would look different since we opted for architectual shingles. He also explained how the air flow would change since we would no longer have the old style vents on top of the house. I learned a lot from him. He was delayed a couple of days in starting (due to inclement weather) but, once started, the job was done within the time specified. Materials were cleaned up and hauled away as he said. Materials were also secured as he specified. We are pleased with the look and workmanship.
Description of Work: Mr. Pearson was contracted to replace the roof and do some wood/soffett repair to the exterior of the house. He was very helpful in giving details as to the type roofing materials to be used and the reason(s) for suggesting the materials. He sought input as to what was to be done and was fvery clear and fair in explaining whether or not some things should or "should not" be done. I had to truly appreciate his openness and professionalism. He was always cordial as were his employees. Great Job!!!. We will be using him again!
