I cannot say thank you enough to Mr. Wilkinson for getting our hot water line fixed. He kept us informed before he arrived, and upon his arrival, he worked quickly to resolve the issues. After the work was completed, he took the time to explain the work performed and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend him.

Does not honor his quotes, and he doesn't give notice of a change in quote before doing the work. According to my renter he did not behave in a professional manner, storming out of the house when renter insisted on staying within the range of the original quote. Did not leave any info on work guarantee.

Extremely helpful. He arrived with a team within 20 minutes of calling, and it was after hours! I have never known a service professional to be so courteous, hardworking, and reasonable priced. He was happy to show and explain every part of the problem. I will go to him every time.

This plumber has been quick to help us in a couple of emergency situations. The last hard freeze we had, my laundry room pipe burst due to freezing. He was able to quickly help us get control of th situaion and repair our pipe. On another occassion, he was able to help us when our icemaker water line began leaking while we were away on vacation. He came to our house after hours, and with the help of a neighbor, he was able to stop the leak and fix the situation for us. We always call this plumber for any work we need big or small. He has our highest recommendation! He is polite, punctual, and extremel knowledgeable. The only drawback is that he is well known for being the best, and is therefore in high demand. He's worth caling, though, because he always looks for a way to get emergency situations under control quickly, and if he has to plan a time to come, his time estimates are extremely accurate. He'll be there when he tells you he will be there!

This plumber works fast and know his trade. He was able to assess the problem in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted him to complete the job, he was honest and told me I needed to hire a sewer specialist company that would be able to handle my sewer blockage more effectively and faster. Then, despite the 45 minutes of work he put in, he charged me nothing since he wasn't able to fix the problem in the best possible way it could be fixed. Though the encounter was quick, I would recommend Emergency Plumber of Oxford to friends and neighbours.

We have had Mr. Wilkinson do a number of emergency repairs at our home. He is always prompt, courteous, and friendly, and his work is top notch. My mother has also had Mr. Wilkinson do several projects at her house, and she is also very pleased with his work. We will continue to use Mr. Wilkinson for our plumbing needs.

This is my go-to plumber. Mr. Wilkinson is knowledgeable, friendly and able to do just about anything plumbing-related. He's always busy, but generally can work me in when I need his help. His work is always top-notch and if it isn't right, he'll fix it right away. I would recommend this business to anyone needing plumbing services.
