Scheduling was easy and got an appointment within a few days. Haven't seen any insects or spiders since treatment. Only inconvenience was needing to keep cat in carrier for several hours after (and during) spraying in case of toxicity.
Description of Work: Sprayed the house inside and out for bugs, specifically spiders.

I was contacted the same day of purchase and services were performed the next day. The home we purchased had been previously vacant for about two years and bugs came out to visit after we moved in. By the day after the extermination service we have not seen any bugs. Thanks Whitby!!!!

Description of Work: Termite inspection and routine pest control. I was very pleased. Not only was Mr. Whitby very punctual and professional, he was also very honest and knowledgeable about what was/wasn't needed. This was very helpful because having moved from the desert southwest, I was not sure what was really needed and what was unnecessary.

Description of Work: Three monthly consecutive treatments for mosquitos (July/August/September). I will definitely use this service again when I can afford. The $149 for three treatments was a good deal. I've only gotten two mosquito bites this year and it was before the first spray. I knew my great grandchildren would be at my home off and on during the summer and I wanted them to be able to play outside without being swarmed by mosquitos. It worked!

Description of Work: I paid for a 3-month mosquito spray treatment. First treatment was July 11 and 2nd treatment has been scheduled. We have not had any mosquitos. Mr. Whitby is very nice and professional. I would recommend his company in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: He sprayed my property for mosquitos. I payed for a 3-month service. He will be returning this week for a second treatment. It was MUCH better after he sprayed. We could sit in my back yard without being bit. I would recommend this company to everyone. Very prompt and courteous.

It was reasonable but then when they were going to do the spray it was going to be real expensive. They were real expensive when I wanted them to do the spray so I didn’t go through with that. They were fine.

He is punctual, polite, effective, and responsive to your needs.
Description of Work: I have used Mr. Whitby to prevent termites the entire time I have been in my home (over 5 years) and have had no problem. I have also used him on occasion to spray for outdoor spiders and ants. Everything he did was 100% effective.

I had a contract with him when I was living in the German town area because I had termite problem that he was treating, and when I moved to the country, he delivered a termite letter, free of charges to my quoting attorney and he told me that since I was a customer of his and I was paying him for the service, that this was the courtesy he extended and that I wouldn’t be charged for the termite letter. I have cancelled the contract and I now call him only when I need him like when, I recently had a problem with ants coming into the kitchen and he came out, he found out that ants were getting in from the window sill, so when I had some other work done, I had the ant’s entrance got sealed and I have not seen any ants inside since, so I may not need him to come out this year for that, but maybe he will needed do termite treatment. He is really good and I really like him. His pricing is really competitive, his quality and responsive is excellent and when I call for a problem he is out here in a day a two and he takes care of the problem. I would absolutely use him in the future and he is the first person I would call.
