+ -1 moreThe ladies I dealt with a Mid-South Door, Annie and Dana were very efficient and kept to our agreed schedule The guys installing the door, Garret and Joseph were also very professional, friendly and efficient.
Description of Work: We are converting our built in car port into a garage. Done the framing and side entry door install myself. Ordered a custom 16' x 8' door

+ -1 moreOffice staff was both professional and informative, answering all questions about options and quality of different doors available, as well lead time and price. Price was reasonable and even less than on-line and discount retail vendors for a better quality door with less lead time for installation.
Description of Work: Broken garage door and support was removed and new door installed. Installers were very prompt, courteous, and professional. Preliminary phone call and no waiting for installation arrival was an example of excellent customer care not shown with other installers in the area in the past. Preliminary difficulties were addressed and handled in short order by the installers so the installation could proceed efficiently and neatly.
