I'm having what I consider outstanding service from them. They've taken a lawn that was really weed infested, embarrassing, and I even had grubs, I had all kinds of problems, and within a year my grass in my neighborhood today, looks as good or better than the best lawns in this neighborhood. So I'm very pleased with their service. I would recommend them. I signed up for their seven or eight applications during the year. I started with them last year and they promised they could turn this lawn around, and they did; they absolutely did. I get nothing but compliments. I've got some crabgrass, but other weeds are not really visible at all, and it's a beautiful, rich green lawn right now, and I'm so impressed. They've done a remarkable job. I mean, I was probably one of the - you know, from the street - now I have one of the most pristine looking, to say the least. If I didn't keep it cut, you'd have weeds everywhere; well it's not like that now. From the road, it's right up there. I've had a lot of people walk by and compliment me; they want to know where do I get this service and how did I turn this lawn into such a rich, beautiful green, all that stuff. I also had a very bad bug in my lawn last year that eats your grass, and they did two applications and destroyed that. I guess it's a grub of some kind that eats your grass; and it worked. And they're reasonably priced; I'm only paying around sixty bucks. It's amazing. And I've got a big lot. Would I use them again? I absolutely will; highly recommended. If I see a weed, they tell me to call them and they come back without cost. That's amazing.

I've been using them for a year. By the end of the Summer you could see a significant difference, and then when Spring sprung, I'm telling ya, it's a pristine looking grass. And I'm not an avid grass caretaker. I've lived here for twelve years and to get compliments from my neighbors feels good. I was impressed when I first started using them because I started seeing results in weeks. I bet ya my front grass had sixty percent weeds, sixty-five percent weeds, and now it might be two percent. After the initial treatment, they came back in two weeks to hit the weeds again, at no cost. I was seeing gradual improvement. Remember now, I had insects eating my lawn; I had a lot of issues and they gave me a lot of complimentary visits. And I talk with the technician, and they always give me a lot of respect and detailed explanation. I've never had this kind of treatment before, ever. And I've had a variety of different other ... nothing like this.

He came out as planned and did his job and we are pleased with the work so far. He has done it a few times now. looks better.

My lawn looked better when I was doing it myself. They are very professional and will come out and access your yard when asked, but the technicians don't, I believe, don't have same concern and urgency as the owner/mgr.

When I call to ask questions, they are very responsive. Either the owner or one of the guys tries to answer my questions over the phone and if they don't know what I'm talking about, they will come and look at it. They are very customer oriented. I feel that even though they are part of a national organization, they seem to behave like local people. When I call, it is very obvious that these people own the business. If you own the business, you have a different attitude than if you are an employee. Because they own it, they are very responsive to their customers.

He left everything tidy by cleaning up grass clippings and getting the debris along the curb. Everything looked very neat and professionally done. The price was reasonable because he had been charging 30 to 45 dollars, but he just raised his prices when the gas prices went up.
