Felt that perhaps Mr. Jamal was trying to upsale me on a new fireplace. But he was able to fix the one we have and there was not a need for one after all. But he was not pushy in his approach. Really appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly inspect the fireplace unit and get it working again. I would call him back if we had any other heating and cooling needs.

Came out within 2 hours to fix our fireplace.I am now enjoying the fire and extra heat.Definitely would hire them again.

REPAIRED MY FIREPLACE IN 30 MINUTES.

Showed up about 10 minutes late. Was very cordial and quick to resolve the issue for which he was hired.

Jamal was a nice man, but he did not have the skillset to replace an exterior faucet! How can you classify yourself as a plumber when you cannot replace a faucet? He left me with a hole in the side of my house and no water. I ended up doing the job myself with the help of a competent advisor at Lowes! I would not recommend nor hire this company... period!

Actually located a loose wire on the wall switch and didn't have to install a new fan after all. Saved me some money. He was also able to fix the light on another fan.

When he got here it took about 30 min. To correct the problem.

Think he could have replaced my bruner in my waterheater but he said I needed a new one that cost $550 so I got it and gave him my old one after talking to others they think he fixed my old one and resold it "Live & Learn"

Called me the same day and came out the next day (Saturday) and repaired my fireplace.

Courteous. Explained everything well. On time.

He was here when he said he would be; left to get the new heater and was back after a short trip to assist another customer and I had hot water back less than 5 hours after he first showed up at my door. He was very friendly, and happy, joked a lot. I'd highly recommend him and will call again if I ever need his services again, I'd have rated him higher but I always think I could have gotten a better deal even though he charged what I expected (from my research) and what he quoted me.
