Mr. Jamal responded via my Angie's list request. He was very professional when he called and inquired about the problem. He listened and advised that the problem may self correct. After a couple hours, I called back and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time and went over my issue. As he was diagnosing, he took the time to explain to me the problem. Very professional and efficient.

Their technician diagnosed the problem immediately where 2 other companies could not. He fixed my issue in 15 minutes for under $200. The other companies wanted to replace the entire fireplace which they quoted a cost of $1,000 - $7,000. Jamal did a wonderful job and was very professional.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAIT SWITCH, OVERCHARGED WITH NO FIX. Jamal was the 1st pro to call after I searched for a pro on HomeAdvisor. I told him I needed him to come out and look at my brand new MrCool Mini Split HVAC unit that was not blowing cool air. He told me it would be around $75 for the service call and $50 to add refrigerant to the line if I needed it. Once he worked on the unit he recommended that I have him pump the line and add refrigerant and it would cost me $500!. I asked him for a better price and he said he would give me reduce the cost. So I agreed to have him work on the unit and 2 hours later he could not fix it and he charged me $400. After he left I had to pack the unit back up and send it to the store for a replacement. I talked with another HVAC tech that told me I should have never been charged if he could not fix the unit. I called him back the next day and asked him why I was charged for the service since he did not fix the unit. He said he needed to cash my check and should be paid for his time coming out to work on the unit. I understand that but he overcharged me for a solution that he recommended that DID NOT WORK. I will never use or recommend him to anyone. So far he has been the worst pro I have used on HomeAdvisor.

Jamal was actually late because of an earlier appointment, but he did make it by the new time he gave me when I called him. He found the capacitor was not working in our air conditioner. Since he had one handy, he was able to fix it without waiting for parts. He was very reasonable with the charges. We are quite satisfied (and cool!).
