Cook's Pest Control

..I have been a Cooks customer for about 8 years. No problems until 2 yrs ago when my pest technician changed. Service was so bad that I terminated them. Termite control service was great and liked the tech. He convinced me to go back using them for pest and I did. I was fine for a few months because I requested a specific tech that I had in the past. Well we are in the process of moving and kept services for both houses. After the first pest service at the new home, I was never contacted the next month for my service and was billed anyway. I called bc we had seen a few roaches after the initial service and again never heard back from anyone. So I cancelled my pest control again bc there was no professionalism. I still had termite control and both houses. At my old address I was called to schedule my annual walk thru. Since we were in the middle of moving, I told her that is impossible and the situation and she told me not to worry and about a clearance letter etc. Well only 2 days later the same woman calls me again to schedule like the previous conversation never happened. She said she forgot and dont worry about it. Well a week later, today, I receive a letter about scheduling my termite control saying the are unable to reach me and it has to be done asap. Unbelievable!!!!! So I call AGAIN. I spoke to the same lady and she could not remember our previous 2 conversations. She transferred me to the salesman. I have spoken to him several times and while trying to explain my irritations, he talked over me and completely ignored what I was saying. I have a call into the region manager. All services will be cancelled Monday and I will not be returning this time.

they arrive on time and made it easy for me to make my payments in a good minor of time. when they set up for them to come and install the sensors the was on time

I recently bought my first home and decided to use Cooks pest control and termite services based off of personal references and their reviews on Angie's List. The upfront cost for the termite protection was a bit steep, but the peace of mind is well worth it. The employees were friendly, polite, punctual, and most importantly professional. The termite protection included the installation of in-ground stations around the perimeter of my home. Any damage to my home going forward caused by termites will be repaired by Cooks at no cost to me. For the pest control, they came out and cleaned the exterior of my home and sprayed inside and out. Going forward, they will come spray the outside of my home once a month. I can request them to come out to spray as often as I need to at no additional charge. The quality of service is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone seeking pest and termite protection. The monthly rates for their services are competitive with other companies.

Never had any problems with them. It is good. They come and go and do their think.

Cooks is the best of the best. I think they are a very, very professional group, and I highly recommend them.

They give me the opportunity to save about $15 by paying them once a year. They seem to know what they are doing. They are very nice and I have had no problems with them. I have been using them since I moved into this house. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

We requested pest control estimates from several local companies. Cook's was priced competitively. We signed a one year agreement instead of a month to month. You receive a discount for the yearly contract. The service person was always profession. He kept us informed about his findings and services.

They charge $75 a month for the service. I also use them for my termite removal; that's how I initially got set up with them. They came in under the nearest competitor and they were cheap; so that was good. They come out every time they are supposed to.

They are fine and their price is fair. They come when they are supposed to so they are prompt and reliable. We pay $50 a quarter and that is for the insurance too, so if there is termite damage, they fix it.

They leave a full report after each inspection indicating what is happening at each station. I pay $60 every 3 months - In Memphis you need termite control, especially if you want to sell your house. I have used Cook's since 2002.

OK except for price and payment arrangements. Even though I had submitted an email on the website that I wanted to cancel the service, they came out anyhow. I called and cancelled the service and they came out again. I haven't paid them for either of those visits and they have not come out anymore.

The bug problem went well, but my house was attacked by rodents. They will come out and treat, and treat again. This is fine. However, I want people to know that even if you have been under their service during the time rodents are found - they will not repair any damage cause by the animals and will not pay for the repair of pipes or appliances damaged. I had to pay $500 for dishwasher and plumbing damage for chewed parts. This is in their contract. I feel that if a company promises to 'protect' your home from pests - then they are liable for the damages created by the pests they failed to protect you from. They expect you to find the damage and call them, where they should be the ones to find the evidence of infestation and prevent damage.

I would say that they were very professional and courteous while at my home. They sprayed in and outside of my home and I don't think they missed an inch. They took their time to explain their service and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They just recently came out but it looks like they have been a huge success.

They always call before coming. Very responsive if I request any extra service. Much better than the previous national company I used.

We've had problems with termites and bugs, so we had to spray chemicals in the exterior of my house. I usually hire this company to do pest control. They very kindly do the needful.

They removed all the weeds from the lawn and spread chemicals so that the don t come again. They have done a very good job.
