I call them to do their job. That's all I can say. They are good, overall.

It's an excellent company. They spray very efficiently. My house stays pest free for long after their visits. I always recommend this company to everybody. Their work is extraordinarily good.

They sprayed chemicals in my house to get rid of termites which had really become a big problem for me as well as for my family members. Then we called these people who really helped me out to come out of this problem. They are very good people and very responsive to client needs.

I don t have time for a longer feedback. But I can quickly tell you that I received good service and I'm happy.

They were many ants and bugs in my kitchen and bed room. So they spread chemicals in my house to kill them and also to prevent a further spread. They were promptly responsive every time we called them.

My house was getting affected by the termites. So I had to hire this company to do termite pest control in my house. They were good in their work. They carefully inspected the property and then set about methodically filling the cracks and voids with their medicines. They also sealed the entry points in my house with carefully laid baits.

We have been using this company since the past fifteen years. We've stuck with them as they are very good. We've recently done the pest control for ants and bugs. They are thorough in their work, punctual in their schedule and always ready to help us to clean the house after their work is done.

They have been effective with their work so I was happy with them. Their service guys were always courteous and polite. They would let you know if there was anything you needed to know, and if I had any questions or concerns I could just let them know. They were always on top of things.

These guys don t need reminding every month. They come punctually on time, do their job very well and leave no mess for me to clean up. I haven't ever faced any problem with them till today. Yes, I am very happy with their work.

It's a good company and they do their work well. Before spraying my house, they check my house all over. They are careful with their spray and ensure that other things in the house aren't spoiled when they work. That is wonderful service, in my books.

Everything has been going good with the services so far. The workers who come out are extremely nice and they have been really good to me. I would say that they are good people. They are definitely kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. I see no reason to ever discontinue services with them at all.

Cook's seems to be keeping everything under control and I never seem to have any problems with them at all. They come as scheduled and if I every need anything in between services, they will come out right away for me. I plan to continue my services with them for a long time to come. I do pay them monthly for their services.

We just started using this company and so far they have done a great job. I am not sure about competitors pricing and things like that, but if this company continues to do good work I don t mind the price I pay. I figure that you get what you pay for, and I like to pay for quality work.

Cooks Pest Control didn't do a good job. We had to call them back several times. They didn't show up when they said they would, they were always late. When I called them I wanted them to come out that day but it took several calls and two weeks later for them to come back out. I was not impressed with their work. I didn't like their product, I didn't think that it worked.

I have been with this company since they bought out the previous owners and with them I have used both for over 30 years now. They have raised their prices a few dollars at a time every so many years, but this past year I was upset at a single $50 hike. They only raised my neighbor s rate by $20 and his place is much larger than mine. I am retired so I'm stuck with them because I couldn t afford a big new contract with another company.

For my home insurance purposes I needed to get a clearance letter stating that I did not have any termites in my home. When I called them to do this, they would not. I had to hire someone else to do it for me. I was upset about that. As for the home visits, they provide monthly, everything is fine with that. They tend to keep the problem cured. Because of the incident with the letter, I might be switching soon. I am still undecided as to if I would go back with them again or not.

This centricon system was a new system that attracted termites to it and that would tell if termites were on the premises. They did a good job of spraying along the base of the house and along the fence as well. We were satisfied with all that they did for us.
