+ -1 moreUsed them before and they were great. Tried to use them again. Took 3 weeks to get a response. Even left a voicemail with no call back. Finally got them out here and they said they didnt have the parts to fix the broken spring. Just had them replace the springs a couple years ago. You can look at the springs and tell they are new. The guys “recommended” replacing both springs. When i said no just replace the 1 that broke, he refused to do the job. Also he tried to charge me twice as much. This is a **** company that i will never use again.

Description of Work: The owner of this company came out and pretended to repair our garage door. The next day tthe garage would not let down. we called him back and he did not return for a week. Every time we called he said he had other customers and would get to us when he could. when he finally returned, he said he fixed the problem but didnt. we called back today and he said it would be more money to fix it and if we didnt want to pay go find someone else to fix it. I shared with him that we would report him on angies list and the BBB. He said he didnt care. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HORRIBLE WORK!!! PLESE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
