Description of Work: Elizabeth Lloyd did not come on the scheduled date. Then when she did finally come she was two hours late. Came at 2:30 pm. Left at five. All she basically did was clean bathrooms. Took all her time to do bathrooms. Had to tell her to sweep and mop living room and kitchen. She missed a few spots in bedrooms. |The girl she brought only cleaned my refrigerator. She did a thorough job but left the doors open for TWO hours. Did not clean the outside.
