washing machine started pumping out water shortly after moving here from nevada. i was quoted 68.00 for a house call.[i thought a seal had broken] after examining the washer it was simply a hose had come loose. no additional charge was added. very satisfied.

My son's day care provider dropped off her vacuum cleaner at Kelly's Appliance Sales & Service and the lady there was really rude to her and I wasn't sure if what she was saying was true, so I went to pick up the vacuum cleaner for her because my day care provider was even terrified to go back to her. I went to pick it up and the lady was cussing me out too. I went to pick it up and said that I was there to pick up the vacuum cleaner for my friend and she said to the other worker there to get the hoover of the lady who gave us all that shit yesterday. I don't know if people support that. She didn't charge anything for it because they couldn't fix it. My friend felt like they were being racial towards her.

Called in regards to my dryer taking too long to dry the clothes. I had just moved into a new house and my dryer was not working properly. I informed them over the phone the make and model of my dryer and told them I had just moved in - previosly had NO problems with the dryer - and that the vent went up through the roof. A technician came out a few hours later. Turned dryer on - and then told me it was not drying properly due to the fact that the venting went up through the roof - something that my "lower end" dryer could not handle. And then charged me $60.00 to tell me something he could have done over the phone as a courtesy since my landlord uses them and reccommended them to me.
