This Inspector was available when needed and able to perform our new home inspection promptly and efficiently to proceed with the details of purchasing our new home in a timely manner. The rates were comparable to other Home Inspection Companies but J6 could get the inspection done very quickly. Our Inspector, Mr. Cauley, was very thorough and emailed us our Inspection Report the same night as the Inspection and accepted payment electronically thru MC. He was efficient, professional, and answered my questions thoroughly. The Report was detailed with photos of each area of concern which enabled us to negotiate terms of addressing repairs with the current owners. I would recommend J6 Home Inspections and Mr. Cauley to anyone requiring a current or future Home Inspection.
