Description of Work: It is more what they didn't do, like show up. I bought the garage door from them at their old location in the industrial park on route 57 some years ago and it has been an unpleasant experience since then. First, one day after installation, the tension bar slipped and the door was locked halfway down. They did not want to schedule the repair for a few days as if it were just a routine thing, after much talk they did ultimately come and repair the door. About a year later the lock failed and they told me the lock mechanism was no longer available and offered no alternative. I was able to cobble a working lock together with the help of another company. Last year on the day before I was to leave town for a vacation the tension bar slipped again and rendered the door door inoperable. I called them and talked specifically to the owner Andy now at the new location. I was pleased that he responded immediately and fixed the door and charged me $168. I left town and got a call from my son the next day that the tension bar had slipped again and the door was inoperable. I returned the following week and Andy again sent the same repairman out to fix what he had fixed the week before and charged my wife, the only one home, an additional $48 for the exact work he had done the week before. I was so upset that he tacked on the additional $48 that I went to his office to question him. He offered to return the $48 but I was so upset I told him to keep it. It was only a few days before the door failed again!! I was really upset at this point and went to the office to complain. The person there was absolutely useless and I could no longer get Andy to respond. That was the last contact I had with them.

Description of Work: Came and fixed garage door that was broken. Oiled and maintained it while here. Very good work and inexpensive for all that was done. Very professional.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, replaced my garage door opener that wasn't working (old)with a new one I requested.
