This man is a genuine con artist and a thief! Avoid this person like a plague! He is a jack of all trades and master of NONE! I hired him to dredge my canal, so he claims to do more than just landscaping, but he left before finishing the job but was paid in full. He also took a $2500 deposit to install a boat lift over a year ago but NEVER did the job. He comes up with a million excuses , but NEVER does the job. I will be filing felony charges against Mr. Doug De Luca!

I called DeLuca Landscaping in May for an appointment to have new landscaping done along with ongoing monthly maintenance. The first available time he had was on June 23rd, almost a month away. I made the appointment. They called me the day before to confirm our 3:00 appointment. By 3:30 he was not here, so I called the office. She said that she would get in touch with him and call me back. By 4:00 I hadn't heard from them so I called again. She told me he wasn't coming because of the weather. She said he could come back on July 2nd, but that didn't work for me. The next available appointment after that was another three weeks out. I told her that I was here and he's the one who didn't show up, and that they should be able to accommodate me sooner, and that I would be able to meet with him on Friday, June 26th. She told me she would check with him and get back to me in the morning. I didn't get a call back.

We have been using them for about three years now. They are very reputable and are concerned with making the customer happy. They do a very good job and listen to what you need, trying their best to accomodate you.

They did the job as stated; they were on time and were quick and efficient. I had no problems with the customer service.

I initially hired them for the small jobs but now since my husband works three hours away and is free only on the weekends I have hired them as a monthly retainer. They have different levels of programmes which I can get in the form of different pacakages. The price of their service is exuberant and can be adjusted considering the area I live in. They take good care if I have a complaint and join me on the spot. If I were to call the concerned person named Dough and complain about his team not doing a good job he would make sure that they are back at my place and doing the job in the right manner. He is punctual and that’s the reason I am continuing to use him. I feel that he is overpriced. He does backup what he says. I would continue to use this company again in the future.
