I had Air Tech out for an estimate to move a mini split for my ductless A/C system. One came out over the summer and gave me an estimate of $1500. We also wanted an estimate on heating work to our boiler system. We were told we would have to wait until summer ended due to high demand for heating during those months. We called again for the estimate in December and tech came out and said the original estimate was "really good" (?). This tech said he owned the company and seemed very knowledgeable. He said he would call back with an estimate, but not right away as we were interested in getting a discount to have both jobs done at the same time. We never heard back. Air Tech called to inquire about having the inspection work done again and I told them about not getting a call back after I requested an estimate. The woman said she would talk to someone and call back...no call back. My wife really wants the job done so she asked me to set up a time to do it. I called to set up a time to do the work and the woman at Air Tech said she wanted to set up a third estimate for the work. I questioned why another estimate was needed. She said she would look into the matter again, and Air Tech would call back...AGAIN no call back. I've lost my patience and will take my business elsewhere. I have more questions than answers at this point and I suspect the original offer was too low and they'd rather blow me off than take a loss. Not the type of service I expected at all.

Team arrive promptly at 830 am and completed work by 630 pm. Was very educational to watch the process from start to finish. Old duct work had been piecemeal end over the almost last four decades. I am looking forward to tremendous power savings. Would highly recommend their work. They went the extra mile for me.
