+ -1 moreAfter the first 2 weeks, I didn't hear back from anyone, So I took it upon myself to call. They explained that they were very busy and apologized and said that they would call me back by the end of the week again. Well that was approximately 3 weeks ago. Still haven't heard from anyone... I guess from my perspective is that if they were that busy, they should have simply just said it would be several weeks out before they could get back with me. Not to keep telling someone they will call back by the end of the week. I'm sure the company is very busy if they do good work, but I never got the chance to see if that was true. I don't plan on calling them back a third time because my opinion is that they simply don't need my business and thats not a way to run a business. If you don't have enough people to handle customer service, then they should think about hiring some new folks. Not mad, just disappointed.
Description of Work: I can't remember the exact date the company was called, but I talked to them over the phone and made an appt around the week of 5/12. Based on the prior ratings listed, they sounded like a pretty good company and more than likely do good work. They were very prompt for the appt the day they came out and said that it would take roughly about a week to get an estimate done and would call me back.

+ 0 moreAccent on Design handled all of the design and construction. I was new to the area and did not have time to manage details of the work. They provided samples that met my taste, provided a design that met my needs, and managed all of the work with their preferred contractors.
Description of Work: Remodeled master bathroom and coordinated all work. This included new shower tile and leveling of the shower floor, a new vanity, and reconfiguring of a linen closet. They also managed the flooring replacement in the master bedroom (carpet to cork) and updated paint colors. In addition, they put cork flooring in the master closet and added lighting in the master bath and master closet.

+ 5 moreWe set up original meeting they listened to our wish list and concerns talked about budgets and timeframe and spoke about styles and finshes. Then we set up another meeting to look at what options they came up with they actually came up with several and we chose some ideals from both .They had a Drawing and layout of Custom Shower and beautiful glass tile Also Kitchen Backsplash We Love.They recommended having wood floor refinished with a new stain added I have to admit I was a little leery But they are my very Favorite floors now and It saved us money for the beautiful Custom Draperies they made for our living area.They gave me my Kitchen I always wanted and even a secret Pantry .All and All there were really no major Hiccups. Every Trade they recommended was polite and respectful of our new home and they even seemed proud of the overall achieved transformation of the facelift for the .home We would definitly recommend Accent and Have to everyone who sees our new home.
Description of Work: Accent was referred by a friend,I called they set up appointment for the next week Two Designers for the price of one how great is that they had such fresh Ideals a Joy to work with .They Remodeled my Kitchen and dining and Livingroom.Also we needed a new shower to replace unit in master bath.When we purchased home we knew we could not do the modifications ourselves we did not have time nor expertise to handle the project ourselves and had a deadline to get out of our existing house and into the new.So out with the old in with the new .with this in mind we needed painting ,granite countertops Custom Shower .I needed a Much larger Kitchen and then new custom cabinets the vintage wood floors were horrificsomething would need to be done about changing that also the entire house really needed updating the bones were good.We really needed someone to take control and manage the total project Trades and all and we really wanted to support the community and use local reputable people and they were not new in business had been around for years.

We also added on a master suite which included a master bathroom and a large bedroom.They have done numerous jobs for me over the last three years. They remodeled my kitchen in December 2011. They helped with the design of the renovations and accessories. They helped with the wood and tile flooring, the paint, and even draperies. They are a complete design studio.
Description of Work: They helped with the decorating of our renovations.
