Initial call at 9:20am on Saturday after locating them with an internet search, they advertised 24hr. service. We had a slow/clogged sewage system in house with 5 children and 2 retirees, promised ETA of 12:30pm. Starting at 1:47pm repeatedly attempted to call them to see if I needed to continue my search for another plumbing service, finally at 4:20pm my calls were returned. At that time I had determined with the help of my Son-in-Law that the problem was most likely in city sewer line and had initiated a service call with them, and was waiting on the city utility worker's arrival. Was called back at 6:06pm with the promise that there previous job was complete and they were preparing to service me. At that time the city had determined that their line was the problem and were working on it, so the services of Jeff Jones Plumbing were not needed at this time.

To anyone looking for a plumber in Tupelo, MS and you have any kind of special needs. Look elsewhere, because these guys are not worth the trouble. I called them one afternoon before their closing time of 5pm. Having my wheelchair bound husband's toilet currently clogged, I was urgently trying to find someone to come unclog it before he needed it again. Happily, I was told that they would be here in about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it is now 5hours & 15minutes later, my husband needs his toilet & it is still CLOGGED. I would like to take a quick moment here to thank Jeff Jones Plumbing for giving me a new situation, this evening, to figure out on top of all the others I figured out today. May you one day receive similar service when you need it most.
