I had the bad fortune of having to work with advanced through my warranty company. I paid for a diagnoses yet they tried to refuse to tell me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit until I accepted and blindly paid the “TBD” repair price through my warranty. Got on a 3 way call with advanced and my warranty company where Audrey from Advanced was caught lying to us about the issue in an attempt to make me pay out of pocket for a clearly covered part. Advanced claims I abused and misused my outside 15+ year old unit due to the fact it had dirt and leaves. American Home shield gives them 50% of their business in the region so I guess it shouldn’t be surprising they will do everything in their power to make the customer pay and keep American Home Shield happy. Avoid Advanced if you have the option

Billy Joe did a great job installing my new unit was very courteous. Audra in the office was great to work with she set everything up and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend

Jason, the owner, and his assistant were very good about communicating with me on scheduling the visit and called multiple times on the day of to keep me informed of their arrival time. They were prompt and quickly got to work investigating and solving the problem. He was very good about explaining what they did and suggested some recommendations for improving my overall HVAC system without coming across as being pushy or salesy. It was good food for thought. I'll definitely consider calling upon this company in the future.
