Brian Sullivan came right away and looked at our roof. He told me that to guarantee that there would be no more leaks and to guarantee his work that they would have to replace 1/2 our existing metal roof. I agreed to this and he was prompt in coming out to do the repair work. After they left, I discovered that they had taken the left over metal without consulting me, and that they had not cleaned up before they left. They left trash, but what was worse was all of the screws left behind. I picked up over a dozen screws from just walking around my driveway, but regretfully one still found the sidewall of my tire. About a week later we got the first rain since the work. The leak was 20 times worse and we had water pouring through our carport. I called and he promised to be right out the next day. I stayed home from work, and no one showed up. Called again and was promised again. No show. Called again and finally some showed up and all they did was put silicone over a few screws. They were there less than 30 min. Called again... and again.. that is when they begin to stop taking my calls or returning my text. A couple of months later after basically begging them to come fix my roof they sent someone that put up a metal flap to help prevent water from running over where our leak was. Of course that did not help at all. After that I was unable to get them to return calls or text at all. The only way I could get them to take a call was if I called from a number they did not recognize. Which by the way then they would pick up right away. I had to hire another contractor to come repair Sullivan's "repair". This contractor actually walked me through and showed me what Sullivan's had done. They had put some of the metal on upside down. They did not overlap what they were suppose to overlap. They did not use any seals where they did overlap. They did not screw down the metal like they should have. It would actually move up and down where it overlapped as he walked around and showed me what that had done. He also pointed out where there was dents scratches, and large dings in what they had installed. He told me that roofers that know what they are doing do not that. I am far from knowing very much about installing a roof, but anyone with common since could see that it was done wrong, and poorly. So, after paying Sullivans $3,832.00 I had to pay another contractor (certified and bonded this time round) to come and repair what Sullivans was paid to do. Do not buy into their "Sullivan Guarentee" that they advertise on their website or the Lifetime workmanship they boost. This has been one of the worse experiences I have ever had. Now that I have finally recovered some from the financial loss they caused I am now having to turn to legal counsel for this. Which for now is even more money. Sullivan Roofs is absolutely the best! Brian came promptly to give us a quote for our roof. He is not only professional but very friendly as well. His quote was more affordable than the other contractors we contacted, and the quality is excellent. They installed the roof less than a week after the estimate. He repaired the decking in several places for no extra charge, flashed our chimney for no extra charge and covered all vents, pipes etc. His team were all professionals and knew what they were doing. Our roof and shop were finished in ONE day! These guys are awesome. Thank you Sullivan Roofs for our new roof, we are very pleased and will recommend for years to come! A++!

Nothing tried to contact them on several occasions. Was told that someone would call me back and get with me on the roof damage.. Needless to say I never received a call back. I waited for a week and finally made other arrangements for the repair.

They were excellent and the guy was responsive. He's a very good person to deal with. He took him a while to get there but once he gets there, he did an excellent job and he's just a roofer. He's someone to be promoted and he was very thorough. The price was also excellent.

I had been putting off replacing my parents' roof for quite some time. Water had started to leak into the attic and mess up the wood. There were also some mold issues. I called 4 contractors in the North Mississippi area and got 4 inspections and 4 estimates. Each company took their time to get out and look at the place. I had okay experiences with the first 3 companies (all local contractors)... BUT the fourth company, Sullivan Roofs, was the absolute best. I called Sullivan Roofs and spoke to a man who promptly sent someone out to my parents' house... in literally an hour! It was the owner, Brian Sullivan who did the inspection. He informed me of exactly what I already knew, because I had done this 3 times already. The surprising thing was the price.... Brian quoted me A MUCH LOWER price than the other 3 companies. I was a little shocked at how much roof costs can vary... and Brian explained to me that there are many factors that determine price... quality, size of the job, and removal of old roof. Sullivan roofs used top quality supplies, my job was pretty big, and they cleaned up my old roof. So, he still gave me the best price and did everything I expected. For me the thing that sold me on this company was that Brian also fixed a problem with my chimney (for free) reattached some loose siding (for free) fixed my doghouse" on my roof (for free) and cleaned up the mold (for free) and the price never went up. Oh and by the way...my parents' roof looks sooooooooo good! I've found my guy in Tupelo...couldn't ask for better service and his work is fantastic. I would use him again for sure.
