Description of Work: My husband and I used Sullivan's Ornamental Iron to enclose our pool area based on their outstanding reputation. Less than one year of installing the iron fence, the powder coating began chipping off. We spoke with the contractor while he was installing our next door neighbor's fence and again while installing another neighbor's fence. The contractor looked at the fence and agreed that it should be fixed and said he would be back to fix the fence withing two weeks. I have contacted them on numerous occassions and after at least two and a half years they have not fixed the fence and it nearing the end of 2011. They will show up promptly, install the fence, and take your payment - which is only fair. They WILL NOT stand behind their work and I would strongly discourage anyone from using them.
