Description of Work: We need a new furnace and called for appt. Called on Wed. For Mon. 10am appt. Nobody called or came. Called in afternoon and explained we were waiting. Business said we don't do appointments. A lot of people have no heat. I might get there tomorrow or the next day or next week. Then hung up. Well that was rude and won't be using that business Ever no customer account whatsoever
