He said the washer was too close to the water heater, it would work properly in the winter time, it needed to be relocated, the water was considered warm between 50-70 degrees (very cold to me) then it's working properly and he wouldn't service it at all and he didn't. I'm still not getting warm water although I did all they recommended. The technician who actually came out to see the washer said it was a computer or electrical problem. So, it's winter time and my warm water is still as cold as my cold water. He (and Amana/Whirlpool) has still flat refused to service my washing machine bought just on 4/3/13 but never gave warm water. He has been very rude and unprofessional. I'm not buying any washing machine will only give warm water in the winter time or that warm is considered to be 50 to 70 degrees. They're telling me it's my fault that I bought a washing machine that doesn't give Warm water and won't give me a refund. Since I didn't get to test drive it where bought, I had no way of knowing until I had it connected at my house. I have been dealing with this issue for months without any reasonable results. Horrible customer service from him and Amana/Whirlpool. Will never buy anything else from Amana/Whirlpool or deal with Mr. Hefley again.
