They had me get a Structural Engineer report and would do their bid of that report. Well they did but then did not do all the work. The work they did do was sub standard. The owner came out again on May 1st and kept telling me that engineers do not have practical experience every time I tried to point out what the contract stated. Hired someone to take photos and videos of what was done incorrectly and what was just not done at all. My home is not level and since they did not address the right areas it is now sinking in the middle. Several piers are no longer supporting home. Still waiting for them to come back and take care of this. Was guaranteed for a year

Had to dig down by hand several feet under the house to install the pilings. As they were digging they broke a pipe on the underground lawn watering system. They repaired the damage and covered it back up before I could see it. In the estimate of $2450 was mortar work at $200.Mortar work that was done was very poor and I deducted the $200 from the final payment. PS... The foundation work seems to have solved the problem at least for now.
