I called him due to toilet not flushing. I explained to him my husband of 21 years had passed away that morning and I was recovering from a broken neck in march. He said it sounded like i had either a clogged line or my septic needed pumping out and said he would be there in the morning to see what toilet was doing. I told him my son-in-law had snaked it out twice in a week. He said he'd be out in the morning and didn't show til 3:45 in the afternoon. He put what he said was a camera to see if my line was clogged. He said I didn't have a clogged line so it must be my septic needed to be pumped out like he was guessing and charged me $140.00 for being at my house less than five minutes. Very rudely told me that he had to be paid for his time. How does $140.00 for five minutes work even up. I want a job like that where i can charge someone $140.00 for five minutes. His description says he's there for you in the most inconvenient times what is more inconvenient time than a disabled woman losing her spouse of 21 years. I would positively not recommend him. Dreadfully unsatisfied.

i didnt get to use tibbetts plumbing only because he was very honest and told me that he could unstop my lines temporarily and it would be stopped up again in a few months. He also told me the cost should be about 125 dollars anything else is too much.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or use him myself.

Tibbetts quickly removed a section of sewer pipe that had roots in it. It took a couple of calls to get them to come out but it was probably because they are pretty busy. They came right out the morning I called them and were finished in about an hour.
